At Promove Nutrition, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so we've made our return process straightforward. Here’s everything you need to know:

Time Frame for Returns: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return an item. We will refund the amount to the original payment method. For payments made via Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit, we will issue a cheque in your name.

Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been used or opened.

Free Gifts: If your order included free promotional items, such as a tshirt or a protein shaker, these must also be returned. Failure to return the promotional items may result in a deduction from your refund to cover the value of these items.

Return Process: Upon requesting a return, we will verify the legitimacy of your request. If approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected from you before processing your refund. However, if the return request is found to be fraudulent or inauthentic, legal actions may be pursued, and associated costs will be your responsibility.

Product Acceptance: Before accepting delivery, please inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage, refuse delivery and inform us immediately so we can take appropriate action. Some products may be subject to specific return conditions based on their nature.

What to Include: When returning a product, ensure to include all items that were originally part of the package, such as tags, labels, manuals, etc. Proper packaging is crucial to prevent damage during the return process. We will inspect the returned items upon receipt.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns of used products.
  • Complaints such as rashes, upset stomach, or dissatisfaction with the flavor are not valid reasons for a return. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before making a purchase.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used.
  • Products with damaged or missing serial/UPC numbers.
  • Products not returned in their original packaging, including the box and all accompanying materials.
